Cut & Colour Specialist
Sascha, the owner and Creative Director of ROHN.Berlin, was born in Austria but has chosen to live in Germany. He believes that hair is more than just physical; it's a way to express oneself and make a statement. Whether he's working on a photoshoot, performing on stage, assisting a client, or teaching, Sascha strives to bring freshness and inspiration to everything he does. He takes pleasure in finding the perfect haircut and hair color for his clients, as well as creating dazzling hairstyles for fashion campaigns and shows. Sascha has gained his expertise in styling, cutting, and coloring through a variety of experiences in the hair industry. He is fluent in both German and English.

Florian Kleber
Cut & Ritual Specialist
Florian is our salon manager. He is specialized in hair cut and hair care. Originally from Bavaria, he now resides in Berlin to embrace the urban lifestyle. During his free time, he enjoys the sun, travelling, and refers to himself as "The Disco Machine." Florian has a strong passion for fashion, music, and art, which led him to start his career as a stylist and trainer at Sassoon. He loves healthy shiny hair. Florian is renowned for creating t and effortless haircuts with stylish shapes. He is fluent in English and German. With his warm and talkative nature, Florian ensures a positive and uplifting atmosphere.

Jessica Kramm
Cut & Care Specialist
Jessica is a member of our Creative Team. Born in Berlin, she has recently returned to her hometown. She has nearly 30 years of experience in hairdressing and teaching hair skills. Her love for hair is obvious. She gained her styling and cutting expertise through working and teaching in Asia for 20 years. Jessica is interested in fashion, art, and design, especially architecture and photography. She believes that ideas and inspiration come from moments and memories, and she encourages daydreaming. Jessica's work is diverse, ranging from bold to traditional, and from timeless to futuristic. She emanates joy, vibrancy, and creativity, which is reflected in her work. She can communicate in German, English, and Chinese.

Cut & Colour Artist
Takuya is a hairstylist with 13 years of professional experience. His career began in Tokyo, Japan, and since 2018 he has been living in Berlin, continuing to dedicate himself to his craft with great passion. For him, hair is more than just hair—it is an essential part of our human expression.
His second passion lies in the world of fashion. He approaches his work like a tailor in front of the mirror, shaping each look with precision and care. Takuya is excited about this new chapter in his life and looks forward to welcoming you.
Qais Alami
Care & Ritual Specialist
Qais is a trainee who joined us last year. He was born in Afghanistan and has been living in Berlin for three years. He can speak German, English, Turkish, and Farsi. With his excellent attentiveness and empathy, his massages are truly enjoyable. Qais is a certified Care Specialist and will now treat you with his amazing massage techniques.
